Our Club Active hotels and chalets are very family-friendly as we can tailor our service to match your requirements. They also have:

Most resorts have a transfer time of less than two hours, so you'll be outside enjoying the fresh air in no time!

Our Club Active hotels in Kaprun have a Pepi Penguin crèche facility for infants aged 6 months to 4 years. The crèche is run by our own NNEB qualified nannies, giving you the peace of mind that the little ones are being well cared for. Crèche activities are a combination of creative play, including books, games and art, as well as outdoor adventures.

We have a minimum ratio of 1 nanny per 3 children under the age of 2, and 1 nanny per 4 children aged between 2 and 5. The crèche runs 4 days a week, split into morning and afternoon sessions and includes a snack and drinks. It costs £15 for one session, £20 for a full day or £60 for 4 full days. Pre-booking is recommended.
