What salary, package & benefits can I expect?

We offer a superb package for our staff to work in great locations where you're sure to have a fun, action packed and rewarding season. We offer:

• A very competitive salary for all job roles. Bonuses are in place for select roles dependent on performance
• Excellent accommodation with 2 people sharing a room, many rooms ensuite. Cooking facilities provided where necessary. Managers can expect their own room.
• Travel - All your travel requirements with flights and transfers to and from a UK airport and your resort are included. We can assist with any kit or equipment you may want to take with you. Where necessary, we'll organise your visas and work permits.

  Crystal Active can offer you year round employment. Why not work a season on the beach during the summer followed by hitting the slopes in the winter, working with the No. 1 UK ski tour operator, Crystal Ski.   We want our staff to make the most of our in resort activities and we will offer you the opportunity to learn and develop your skills in sailing, windsurfing, waterskiing, wakeboarding, tennis, biking, yoga and fitness.

  Crystal Active is committed to staff training and development and as such we have schemes is in place to encourage staff to gain further skills in order to enhance their qualifications in all activity areas. Training contributions up to £800 (terms and conditions apply) are available towards course fees for staff who complete a season and are committed to return to work in the following season with Crystal Active. In resort, we will help all staff develop their watersports skills, maximising your time on the water during the season to practice and gain sufficient experience to demonstrate the ability level required achieve an RYA qualification. Don't forget there is free use of the kit and access to lessons and tuition FOR ALL STAFF.

Flying Fish offer for new instructors

Crystal Active has teamed up with Flying Fish, the UK's leading professional instructor training company, as preferred training provider for future watersports instructors. As a further incentive, all Flying Fish graduates who join Crystal Active you can receive up to £400 (terms and conditions apply) towards your course fees.

With an RYA approved training centre and beach club in Turkey, Crystal Active is looking for qualified windsurfing and dinghy sailing instructors for summer 2008. This is an excellent opportunity to train, qualify and now join the already successful Crystal Active team of sailing and windsurfing instructors.

This offer is available to all Flying Fish students who have graduated in 2007 or students who are planning to graduate in early 2008. Applicants must notify Crystal Active that they are Flying Fish graduates when submitting their application. British Water Ski offer for new instructors

Crystal Active are looking for water ski and wake board instructors for 2008 and beyond for our British Water Ski associated centres. Why don't you take a course to become a water ski instructor or wake board instructor and we'll contribute up to £400 towards your course fees (terms and conditions apply).

What exciting countries and resorts can I work in with Crystal Active?

We have two fantastic resorts for you to work in during 2008. We will be operating for our third year at Club Active Tamarisk in Turkey. There is superb bond between our staff and each staff member is a key part of the Crystal Active team where the team environment is behind the success of our centre. All resorts have a great social scene in the nearby areas so you're sure to have a lot of fun in and out of work.

How do I apply for a job with Crystal Active?

We are now recruiting for summer 2008 and you will find all the information on this website as to why you should work for Crystal Active. You may still apply for any of the roles once the season has commenced as we may have more opportunities becoming available during the season.

Application

To apply for a role please click here to go to our role specific information and application or click on the job roles above. We have a very simple and straight forward application process. Ensure you have an email address and an update to date CV. Simply attach your CV with any additional information, click submit and we will receive your application within minutes.

If your application is successful, you should expect to receive confirmation of an invite to assessment from our recruitment team within 7 days of your application either by email or telephone.

Assessment

Our assessment days take place at our offices in Kingston-upon-Thames and they offer an excellent way to learn more about our company, job roles and resorts. The assessment will involve group tasks, presentations and individual exercises. If you're successful after assessment, you will have a one to one interview. You will need to allow up to 2 hours for the morning assessment. Please note, if invited to assessment you will need to bring your passport (British or EU only), your national insurance number and copies of your relevant qualifications.

If successful after interview, we will contact you and send you an offer of employment. You need to sign your acceptance within 7 days and return with a commitment bond to secure your position. The commitment bond will be refunded on completion of your contracted season. For those of you who will be working directly with children we must carry out a CRB enhanced disclosure. CRB applications will be sent with your contract so please ensure you return the application with all relevant documentation before leaving for resort.
